(Caryophyllaceae) is described and illustrated from Turkey. This new species is confined to C7 Sanlurfa-Birecik where it grows on calcarous slopes. The species is compared with the closely related Bufonia calyculata and B. kotschyana subsp. kotschyana. Notes on its ecology and conservation status are provided.
