At the end of this study, the following results were obtained: interior organs weight/total body weight 15.63%, head weight/total body weight 11.81%, fins weight/total body weight 1.99% and meat yield 66.95%. Meat yield was determined as 65.43, 67.59, 67.14, 68.32 and 69.62% depending on the II-VI ages in Chondrostoma meandrense respectively.
