Although most of the patients with Morgagni Hernia are asymptomatic, intestinal obstruction, incarceration and strangulation can rarely occur. An 83 years old female patient admitted with acute abdomen to our clinic. Morgagni hernia was detected with preoperative thoracic and abdominal computed tomography.
