Unilateral nevoid telangiectasia can be congenital or acquired. Whereas congenital forms mainly seen in men, acquired forms seen in female. It is located on the trigeminal, cervical (C3-C5) and upper thoracic dermatomes but more rarely in the lumbar or sacral dermatomes. We present an 8 years-old girl patient with a diagnosis of acquired involving left L5-S1 dermatomes. Since unilateral nevoid telangiectasia is seen rarely and very few reported cases of patients with lower extremity, it is discussed in the light of the literature data.
