Leiomyomas are named according to origination of muscle type and numbers of lesions. Piloleiomyomas are a kind of leiomyoma type which is originated from arrector pili muscle of pilosebaseous unit. They generally occur as solitary or multiple and painful or painless red-brown papule or nodule on the trunk and extremities.
