Bu çalışmada, girişimcilik literatüründe önemli bir yer tutan içsel şirket girişimciliği incelenmektedir. İçsel şirket girişimciliği konusundaki teorik, olay ve alan araştırması çalışmalarının ayrıntılı incelenmesi sonucunda bir içsel şirket girişimciliği yönetim modeli geliştirilmiştir. Model; içsel girişim stratejisi, içsel şirket girişimciliği aşamaları, girişimci kültür, şampiyonlar, ücretleme ye ödüllendirme, değerlendirme ve- organızasyönel öğrenmeden ibarettir. Modeli oluşturan boyutlar ve bunlar arasındaki ilişkiler ayrıntılı bir şekilde tartışılmıştır. İçsel şirket girişimciliği faaliyetlerinin bu model yardımıyla açıklanması, bu konuya ilgi duyan yöneticilere içsel şirket girişimciliğinde gerekli yönetimsel sistemleri, süreçleri ve organizasyonel yapıları kurmalarında yardımcı olacaktır.Entrepreneurship is one of the areas of study whose importance is growing. This study investigates internal corporate venturing, which constitutes an important area of study in the entrepreneurship literature. Based on the results of the published theoretical, case and field studies, this study developed an internal corporate venturing management model, which consists of such dimensions as internal corporate venturing strategy, internal corporate venturing stages, intrapreneurial culture, champions, compensating and rewarding, evaluation, and organizational learning. The dimensions that constitute the model and their relationships with each other were discussed in detail.
