Çalışma esnasında çeşitli analizler, Scheiber metodu, yaş yakma metodu, Kjeldal metodu, Olsen metodu kullanılarak ve kalsimetre, spektrofotometre, Alev fotometresi ve ICP cihazları ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bulduğumuz sonuçlar mercek altına alınarak irdelenmiş ve yorum yapılmıştır. Ayrıca endemik olan bu bitki populasyonun korunması ve geliştirilmesi için öneriler sunulmuştur.This autecological study was realized between 2012-2014 on Cirsium cassium Davis & Parris that member the Asteraceae family and it aimed to find out the bioclimatic, edaphic, topographic, biotic etc. Characteristics of the habitats they distribute. In addition, it aimed to explore the plant-soil relation of them. Various analysis were realized by following the Scheiber method, Wet-Ashing method, Kjeldal method and Olsen method and by using the Calcimeter, Spectrophotometer, Flame photometer and ICP apparatus during study.
