Ayrıca arazi şartlarında D. catalinae' nin Doğu Akdeniz Bölgesine uyum durumu ve pamuk parsellerinde Bemisia tabaci Genn. populasyonuna olan etkisi 1999-2001 yıllarında araştırılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın sonunda D.catalinae'nin Doğu Akdeniz Bölgesi'ne uyum sağlayamadığı ve B.tabaci populasyonu üzerindeki etkisinin çok düşük düzeyde olduğu ortaya çıkarılmıştır.11 ABSTRACT INTERACTIONS BETWEEN, BEMISIA TABACJ GENN. (HOM., ALEYRODEDAE), INJURIOUS ON COTTON AND ITS PREDATOR, DELPHASTUS CATALINAE (HORN) IN THE EAST MEDITERRANEAN REGION OF TURKEY The purpose of this study was to investigate the biology of Delphastus catalinae (Horn) at 25, 30 and 25-35°C temperatures and effectiviness of some pesticides that were used in cotton fields on D.catalinae under the laboratory conditions. Adaptation of the predatory insect were investigated during the years of 1999- 2001, under field conditions.
