Calcium, bilirubin, oestradiol 17?, cortisol, insulin and glucose changes were examined in blood obtained from animals at gestation period (1 st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th months) and one month after parturation. Calcium levels were found higher in 2nd and 4th months of gestation than first month. Bilirubin level was lower in 3rd month than first month, following parturation it was found 3 times as much the mean value.
