Çünkü teknolojik gelismelerle belirlenen rekabet kosulları isletmeleri daha etkin ve daha dinamik bir yapılanma içerisine girmelerini zorunlu kılmaktadır. Üretim süresinin her geçen gün kısalması buna karsılık üretilen mal ve hizmet miktarının artırılması ve üretimin çesitlendirilmesi, aynı zamanda müsteri tatminin sağlanması ve bütün bunların mümkün olan en düsük maliyetlerle gerçeklestirilmesi zorunluluğu, isletmeleri klasik yapılanma biçimlerinden hızla uzaklastırmaktadır. Bu bağlamda ISO 9001:2000 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi müsterilerin ihtiyaç ve beklentilerinin karsılanması açısından, teknolojik değisim ile birlikte daha da belirginlesen, kalite politikalarını belirleyen temel referanslar halini almıstır. Bu çalısmada söz konusu bu temel referans noktalarından hareketle ISO 9001 Kalite Yönetim Sisteminin kurulması ve briket imalat sanayinde kullanılan makine üretim fabrikalarına uygulanısı analiz edilmis, böylelikle model olarak seçilen bir firma özelinden hareketle genel olarak Toplam Kalite Yönetiminin ilgili sektörün yapılanması üzerindeki etkileri ortaya koyulmaya çalısılmıstır.The enterprises doubtlessly are the foundations technological innovations have affected most. The competitions determined by the technological innovations and this truth force enterprises to be more effective and dynamic. The urgency of compressing the production duration, increasing the product and service maintenance, diverting the products and providing customers? appreciation and doing all these with the least expenditures has abolished the enterprises from old monotonous structure of the enterprising. In this respect ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System; management system in which customer needs are answered in a very short time with well qualified products is determined by the technological innovations; thus it designates the quality politics. In this study, installation of ISO 9001 Quality Managing System is mentioned and the application of these quality systems on factories which manufacture concrete block making machines is analyzed.
