Kemer Baraj Gölü’ndeki Chondrostoma meandrense Elvira, 1987’nin et veriminin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, Kemer Baraj Gölü’nden Ocak 2006-Ağustos 2006 tarihleri arasında yakalanan Chondrostoma meandrense Elvira, 1987’nin et verimliliği ile çeşitli vücut organları arasındaki ilişkileri incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, iç organların ağırlığı/vücut ağırlığı % 15.63; baş ağırlığı/vücut ağırlığı % 11.81; yüzgeç ağırlığı/vücut ağırlığı %1.99 ve et verimliliği % 66.95 olarak bulunmuştur. Türün II-VI yaşları arasındaki et verimliliği sırasıyla % 65.43, % 67.59, % 67.14, % 68.32 ve % 69.62 olarak belirlenmiştir. Buna göre, yaş arttıkça et verimliliğinin de arttığı görülmektedir.

In this study, relationship between various organs of the body and meat yield of the Chondrostoma meandrense Elvira, 1987 were investigated based on specimens collected from Kemer Dam Lake, during the period from January 2006 to August 2006. At the end of this study, the following results were obtained: interior organs weight/total body weight 15.63%, head weight/ total body weight 11.81%, fins weight/ total body weight 1.99% and meat yield 66.95%. Meat yield was determined as 65.43, 67.59, 67.14, 68.32 and 69.62% depending on the II-VI ages in Chondrostoma meandrense respectively. As a result of the determination meat yield increased as the age increased.
