Akyatan ve Tuzla lagünlerinin (Adana, Türkiye) fitoplanktonu ve mevsimsel değişimi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada Doğu Akdeniz’de Çukurova Deltasında yer alan Akyatan ve Tuzla Lagünlerinin fitoplankton çeşitliliği ve mevsimsel değişimi, 2000 Aralık- 2001 Kasım tarihleri arasında incelenmiştir. Her iki lagünün fitoplanktonunda, 4 divizyoya ait toplam 70 takson saptanmıştır. Saptanan türlerin 42’si Bacillariophyta, 15’i Dinophyta, 10’u Cyanophyta ve 3’ü Chlorophyta divizyolarına aittir. Akyatan Lagünü tür sayısı yönünden (54 takson) Tuzla Lagününe göre (42 takson) daha zengin bulunmuştur. Tür sayısının Akyatan Lagününde kış ve ilkbahar, Tuzla Lagününde ise yaz ve sonbahar mevsimlerinde nispeten daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir.

The seasonal variations and composition of phytoplankton of two lagoons (Akyatan and Tuzla Lagoons) of the Çukurova Delta, eastern Mediterranean were investigated between December 2000 and November 2001. A total of 70 taxa belong to four divisions in phytoplankton of both lagoons were determined. Of these, 42 taxa were belong to Bacillariophyta, 15 taxa to Dinophyta, 10 taxa to Cyanophyta and 3 taxa to Chlorophyta. Akyatan Lagoon has been found richer (54 taxa) than Tuzla Lagoon in term of species number (42 taxa). In Akyatan Lagoon species number was relatively high in winter and spring whereas in Tuzla Lagoon it was high in summer and autumn period.
