Kethüda Mehmed Said Efendi'nin Karadeniz Boğaz Yamaklarının isyanına dair notları

Abstract

Sultan III. Selim döneminde girişilen yenileşme hareketleri askerlerin çıkardığı bir isyan ile son bulmuştur. Berlin Staatsbibliothek Orientabteilung (Berlin Devlet Kütüphanesi Doğu Bölümü)'ta bu isyana dair bir elyazması tespit edilerek makalemize kaynak seçilmiştir. 14 varak olan bu yazma Kethüdâ Mehmed Said Efendi'ye aittir. Said Efendi'nin, bu 14 varaklık müstakil yazmasının dışında yine aynı kütüphanede "Târîh-i Sa'id Efendi" adlı bir eseri daha bulunmaktadır. Bu eser Seyyid Ahmed Tebrizi tarafından istinsah edilmiş olmasına rağmen 14 varaklık olan yazma büyük ihtimalle Said Efendi'nin kendi kaleminden çıkmıştır. Şimdiye dek Said Efendi'nin tarihçesinin dört nüshasının varlığı bilinmekteydi. Berlin'de bulunduğunu tespit ettiğimiz bu nüshalar ile eserin bilinen nüshalarının altı olduğu görüldü. Elyazmasında Karadeniz'deki boğaz yamaklarının isyanı başlatmaları, IlI.Selim'i tahttan indirmeleri, asilerle karşılıklı bir hüccetin imzalanması vb. konular ele alınmıştır.

Renovation attemptions of Sultan The Illrd Selim's period has failed due to a rebellion of the soldiers. Handwrite notes which can be source to researches of this rebellion has found in Berlin Staatsbibliothek Orientabteilung (Berlin National Library's East Section) and has chosen as a source to this article. These handwrite notes which consist of 14 pages, belongs to Kethüdâ Mehmed Said Efendi. Beside of these handwrite notes, there is also an another work belongs to Said Efendi which named "Târih-i Sa'id Efendi" in the same library. Although this work has published by Seyyid Ahmed Tebrizi, the handwork notes which consist of 14 pages, high probability has written by Said Efendi himself. There 4 copies of works of Said Efendi were known. Now, with these copies, number of the copies increased to 6. These handwrite notes tells about begining the rebellion of the soldiers, removing the Illrd Selim away of the throne signaturing a treaty between the rebels and the new government. And etc...
