Üreme mevsiminde vajinal sünger ve kulak implantı uygulamalarıyla senkronize edilen kıl keçilerinde farklı zamanlarda yapılan servikal tohumlamaların gebelik oranlarına etkisi

Abstract

Çalışmada; üreme mevsimindeki kıl keçilerinde iki farklı progestagen (Flugeston asetat, Norgestomet) uygulamaları ile östrüs senkronizasyonu sonrası, farklı zamanlarda gerçekleştirilen servikal tohumlamaların başarısı değerlendirildi. Çalışma yaşları 2-5 arasında değişen 80 kıl keçisi üzerinde yürtüldü. Keçiler tesadüfü örnekleme yöntemi ile iki eşit gruba ayrıldı. Keçiler vajinal sünger (FGA, n=40) ya da kulak implantı (Nİ, n=40) ile 8 gün süreyle tedevi edildi. Ayrıca, progestogen gereçlerinin çıkartılmasından 24 saat önce 200 IU PMSG ve 0.150 mg PGF2? kas içi enjekte edildi. FGA (n=36) ve Nİ (n=30) gruplarında östrüs gösteren keçiler, tohumlama zamanına göre iki alt gruba ayrıldı. FGA1 (n=18) ve Nİ1 (n=15) gruplarındaki keçiler östrüslerin belirlenmesinden 12 saat sonra, FGA2 (n=18) ve Nİ2 (n=15) gruplarındaki keçiler ise östrüs tespitinden 18 saat sonra intra servikal olarak tohumlandı. FGA1 (%77.8) ve FGA2 (%66.7) gruplarındaki keçilerde elde edilen gebelik oranı, kulak implantı grubu (Nİ1; %60.0, Nİ2; %53.3) keçilerden yüksek bulunmasına karşın farklılık önemsizdi. Sonuç olarak, üreme mevsimindeki kıl keçilerinde, vajinal sünger uygulamalarının östrüs senkronizasyonu ile birlikte gerçekleştirilecek sabit zamanlı suni tohumlamalar için önerilebileceği kanaatine varıldı.

In study, evaluated that success of the cervical insemination performed in different times after the synchronization with two different progesterone (Flugestone acetate, Norgestomet) application in Hair goats in breeding season. The study was conducted on 80 Hair goats ranging in age from 2 to 5. Goats were divided randomly into two groups. Goats were treated with vaginal sponge (group FGA, n=40) or ear implant (group NI, n=40) for 8 d. Also, PMSG (200 IU) and PGF2? (0.150 mg) were injected intramuscularly 24 h prior to progestagen devices removal. Goats showing estrus in FGA (n=36) and NI (n=30) groups were divided two subgroups according to insemination time. While goats in the FGA1 (n=18) and NI1 (n=15) groups were inseminated intra-cervically after 12 h from the estrus detection, goats in the FGA2 (n=18) and NI2 (n=15) groups were inseminated after 18 h from the estrus detection. Although the pregnancy rates of FGA1 (77. 8%) and FGA2 (66. 7%) groups were higher than NI1(60. 0%) and NI2 (53. 3%) groups, there was no statistically significant difference among the groups. It was concluded that intravaginal sponge applications could be suggested for fixed-time artificial insemination performed with oestrus synchronization in Hair goats during the breeding season.
