Mısır ve soya küspesine dayalı bıldırcın rasyonlarına enzim ve probiyotik katılmasının besi performansı ve bazı kan değerleri

Abstract

Bu araştırma, mısır ve soya küspesine dayalı rasyona değişik oranlarda enzim ve probiyotik katılmasının Japon bıldırcınlarında canlı ağırlık artışı, yem tüketimi, yemden yararlanma oranı, karkas randımanı ile serum biyokimyasal parametreleri üzerine etkilerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada toplam 225 adet l haftalık Japon bıldırcın civcivi (Coturnix coturnix japonica) kullanılmıştır. Her birinde 45'er hayvan bulunan bir kontrol ve dört deneme grubu düzenlenmiştir. Kontrol grubu katkısız ' temel yemle beslenmiş, deneme grupları l, 2, 3 ve 'ün yemlerine sırasıyla, 100 ve 200 ppm enzim, 1000 ve 2000 ppm probiyotik katılmıştır. Araştırma 5 hafta devam etmiştir. Araştırma sonunda mısır ve soya küspesine dayalı rasyona enzim ve probiyotik katkısı bıldırcınlarda canlı ağırlık artışı, yem tüketimi, yemden yararlanma oranı ve karkas randımanında gruplar arasında istatistiksel bir fark oluşturmamıştır (p>0.05). Enzim ve probiyotik katkısı serum glukoz, kolesterol ve total protein seviyelerini düşürmüş (p<0.001), trigliserid ve albumin seviyelerini ise etkilememiştir (p>0.05). Mısır ve soya küspesine dayalı rasyona enzim ve probiyotik ilavesi bıldırcınlarda besi performansı üzerine bir etki oluşturmamış, serum glukoz, kolesterol ve total protein seviyelerini düşürmüştür.

The aim of this study was to determine the effects of different levels of enzyme and probiotic supplementation to the maize and soybean meal based diet on the live weight gain, feed intake, feed efficiency, carcass yield, and some serum bi-ochemical parameters of Japanese quail. In this experiment, a total of 225 one-week-old Japanese quail chicks (Coturnix coturnix ja-ponica) were used. They were allocated into one control group and four treatment groups each containing 45 quail chicks. Control group was fed with unsupplemented basal diet. 100 and 200 ppm enzyme and 1000 and 2000 ppm probiotic were added to diets of treatment groups 1, 2, 3 and 4, respectively. The experiment was continued for 5 weeks. At the end of the experiment, the effects of enzyme and probiotic supplementation to the maize-soybean meal diet on the live weight gain, feed intake, feed efficiency and carcass yield of quail were not statistically significant between the groups (p&gt;0.05). Enzyme and probiotic supplementation significantly reduced the serum glucose and cholesterol levels of the treatment groups (p&lt;0.01). However, serum triglyceride and albumin levels were not affected. Enzyme and probiotic supplementation to the maize-soybean meal based diet did not affect the fattening performance of quails but decreased serum glucose, cholesterol and protein levels.
