    Belen (Hatay) ilçesinde yayılış gösteren miksomisetlerin (Myxomycota) arastırılması

    Bu çalışma 2012-2013 yılları arasında, Belen ilçesinde 10 ayrı istasyondan toplanan numuneler üzerinde yapılmıştır. Örnekler; yaprak, ağaç kabukları, çürümüş veya çürümemiş bitkisel materyallerden elde edilmiştir. Toplanan numunelere nem odası tekniği uygulanarak miksomiset sporoforları geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca doğal ortamında gelişmiş olan miksomisetlerde toplanmıştır. Arazi ve laboratuvar çalışmaları sonucu elde edilen örneklerden 9 familyaya ait 19 cinste toplam 40 tür tespit edilmiştir. Belirlenen türlerden 2'si Türkiye için yeni kayıt olup, Türkiye Miksobiotasına ilave edilmiştir. Bu taksonlar; Hemitrichia aurea Nann.-Bremek. & H. Neubert ve Craterium dictyosporum (Rostaf.) H. Neubert, Nowotny & K. Baumann'dır.

    Myxomycetes Diversity of Belen Region of Hatay Province (Turkey)

    Aim of study: The present study aimed to determine myxomycetes diversity in Belen region located in Hatay province, Turkey. Area of study: The present study was conducted on samples collected in 10 stations in Belen district during 2012 and 2013. Material and methods: Myxomycete sporophores were collected from leaf, tree bark, decayed and non-rotting plant material. Myxomycete sporophores were developed with the moist chamber technique in collected samples. Further myxomycete sporophores were collected in their natural environment. Main results: As a result of the field and laboratory studies, 40 species in 9 families and 19 genera were identified. Highlights: The present study contributed to Turkish Myxobiota.

    NEW FOUR MYCETOZOA RECORDS FROM SOUTH EAST ANATOLIA-TURKEY

    In this study myxomycctes samples was used as material and collected from the Southeastern Anatolia region of Turkey. The results of field and laboratory studies, four myxomycctes species identified to new record for Turkey. New records are; Didymium decipiens Meyl., D. orthonemata H.W. Keller & T.E. Brooks, D. tussilaginis (Berk. & Broome) Massee and ffemitrichia aurea Nann.-Bremck. & H. Neubert. Hemitrichia aurea sporocarps was found on the natural area. The other three species were grown in the laboratory by moist chamber culture method. As a result of natural and laboratory studies, four new records were listed below. Descriptions, habitats, localities, collection dates, fungarium numbers and images of the taxa was given.
