This study examines the relationship between the Rule of Law and Investment in Turkey for the monthly paeriod between 1984:I-2008:9, using Johansen (1988) and Johansen and Juselius (1990) cointegration analysis. The results of cointegration analysis provide no evidence of a long-run relationship between the Rule of law and Investment. There is a short-run relationship from investment toward the rule of law. © EuroJournals Publishing, Inc. 2010.en_US
