Özet
In this study L subshell and total L shell photoeffect cross-sections were determined for Sn,Sb,Te and I by using the L-I, L-gamma 1,L-5,L-8 and L-gamma 2,L-3 X-ray production cross-sections and atomic parameters at 5.96 keV emitted from Fe-55 radioisotope source. The results were compared with the theoretical values of Scofield. The values were plotted versus atomic number. (C) 2014 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
