Özet
Postoperative brachial plexus neuropathy is a severe complication. Stretching or compression of the nerves or both of them may cause brachial plexus injury. Careful positioning of the upper extremity may prevent injury and possible disability of the patient. In this report we presented a patient with brachial plexus injury after cervical disc operation.
