Özet
In commercial fish production the evaluation of semen quality is of interest to increase the efficiency of artificial fertilization. The use of high quality gametes from captive fish broodstock is of great importance for ensuring the production of viable larvae. The objectives of this study were to examine the biochemical composition of seminal plasma and physical parameters of Salmo trutta abanticus semen.
