This study determines the seasonal variation of macro (N, P, K, Mg. Ca) and micro (Cu. Fe, Mn. Zn) plant nutrients in the fruit peel (green, half-ripe and full-ripe periods), leaves (over eight different periods) and shoots (over eleven different periods) during the vegetation period of the Kisnart (Punica granatum L.) genotype grown in Gaziantep region. The experiment was designed according to completely randomized design with three replications having single tree in each replication. Throughout the study, it was found that in the fruit peel, N, P, Cu and Zn decreased, Ca, K and Fe increased while Mn and Mg did not appear to change so much during vegetation. In the leaves, it was found that the N, P and Ca content increased; that Mg increased from the first sampling date (June 16-30) to the second half of August; that Zn, K and Cu levels were undulating until August 15 and then decreased until mid December; that Fe increased until August 15, decreased and then increased from this period to the last sampling date; that Mn increased until August 15 during vegetation and then decreased until the last sampling date as of this date. In the shoots; it was determined that N, P, Cu and Zn nutrients were undulating until the fall; Ca increased in January-May period and then showed a partial decrease in June, increased from this period to September and then showed an undulant pattern in September-December period. K, Mg. Fe and Mn elements appeared to increase in January-March period, and then every element showed an undulating pattern until the fall period. and increased until the end of December. The research results showed that it would be more convenient to take samples from leaves within the period of July 15 and September 15, when many macro and micro nutrients do not vary as much.en_US
