Özet
Bu araştırma Mustafa Kemal Üniversitesi Bahçe Bitkileri Bölümünde 2016 yılında yürütülmüştür.
Denemede Prima, Victoria, Black Magic üzüm çeşitlerine ait aşı kalemleri Fercal, 41B, SO4, 1103P ve
5BB anaç çelikleri üzerine omega aşı yöntemiyle aşılanmıştır. Parafinlenen aşılı çelikler talaş içerisinde 4
hafta süreyle katlanmıştır. Çeliklerde aşı gözünde sürme oranı (%), aşı yerinde kallus gelişimi (0–4), kallus
oluşumu (%), anaç çeliklerinde kök oluşum oranı (%), kök gelişimi (0–4) ve kök sayısı (n) incelenmiştir.
Aşı gözü sürme oranı Fercal anacında en düşük (%55.56), 41B anacında en yüksek (%80) olarak
belirlenmiştir. Aşı yerinde kallus oluşum derecesi 1103P anacında (3.92) en yüksek olup, en düşük değer
Fercal anacında (3.30) saptanmıştır. Anaç çeliklerinde kök oluşum oranı Fercal ve 1103P anaçlarında
(sırasıyla %97.80 ve %94.10) en yüksek, 41B anacında (%62.20) en düşük bulunmuştur. Kök gelişiminde
Fercal anacı en yüksek (2.87) değeri verirken, en düşük değer SO4 (0.98) ve 41B (1.10) anaçlarında
saptanmıştır. Kök sayısında en yüksek değer 1103P anacında (11.58 adet) görülürken, bunu Fercal (8.51
adet) anacı izlemiştir. En düşük kök sayısı 1.89 adet ile 41B ve 2.48 adet ile SO4 anaçlarından elde
edilmiştir. Çeşit ortalamaları bakımından Prima diğer iki çeşide oranla daha yüksek sürme düzeyine sahip
bulunmuştur.
This study was conducted in 2016 within the Department of Horticulture of Mustafa Kemal University. During the trial, scion of Prima, Victoria and Black Magic grape varieties were grafted on Fercal, 41B, SO4, 1103P and 5BB rootstock cuttings by means of omega grafting method. Parafinned grafted cuttings were strati field in sawdust for 4 weeks. Bud burst ratio (%), callus formation on graft union surfaces (0– 4), callus formation (%), rooting rate (%) and root development (0–4), as well as the number of roots (n) were examined on cuttings. Bud burst rate was determined to be the lowest in Fercal rootstock (55.56%) and the highest in 41B rootstock (80%). Callus formation degree was the highest in 1103P rootstock (3.92), while the lowest value was identified in Fercal rootstock (3.30). Formation rate of roots on rootstock cuttings was found to be the highest in Fercal and 1103P rootstocks (respectively, 97.80% and 94.10%) and the lowest in 41B rootstock (62.20%). While Fercal rootstock yielded the highest (2.87) value of root development, the lowest value was identified in SO4 (0.98) and 41B (1.10) rootstocks.
