dc.description.abstractIn this study, the effect of weft density, weft number and weave type on physical and mechanical properties of fabric have been investigated. For this purpose, the fabrics were woven in seven different pattern constructions with four different weft densities using two different weft in count. Hence, the relationship between the fabric characteristics and weaving parameters determined has been given on the base of this study. Statistical analysis was made by using Design-Expert 6.0.1 package programme. The effect of the factors, weave type, weft number and weft density has been investigated by using varyans and regression analysis. Findings and evaluations of the study have been given in detail in the paper.en_US
