dc.description.abstractYüklenici inşaat firması; belirli bir işi belirli bir sürede işverenin denetimi altında şartnameler, fen ve sanat kurallarına uygun olarak belli bir sürede ücret karşılığı yapmaya istekli kişi ve kuruluşlara verilen isimdir. Bu yükümlülüğe giren firmalar birçok koşuluda göz önüne almak zorundadır. Bunlar yasalar, iş yapılan kurum, sektörün özellikleri ve çevresel koşullardan kaynaklı şartlardır. Bunlar dikkate alınarak ihale sürecinin gerçekleştirilmesi kurum ve firma açısından dolayısıyla topluma hizmet etmek açısından daha iyi bir sürecin işlemesini kolaylaştırmaktadır. Bu amaçla tez çalışmasında yüklenicilerin ihale sürecini etkileyen ve teklif hazırlarken dikkat etmeleri gereken önemli noktaların belirlenmesine yardımcı olmaya çalışılacaktır.Tezin giriş kısmında; çalışmanın kapsamı, amacı ve tez konusunun içeriği, inşaat sektörün özellikleri ve ihale süreci ile ilgili konulara yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde teklif hazırlama süreci öncesi yapılan çalışmalar, yükleniciye süreç içinde yardımcı olabilecek noktalara yer verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise anket çalışması yapılarak teklif hazırlama sürecini etkileyen faktörler analiz edilmiştir.Sonuç ve öneriler bölümünde ise sürecin iyileştirilmesine yönelik fikirler sunulmaktadır.en_US
dc.description.abstractContractor Construction Company ; is the corporation or an individual who undertakes to execute a specific work for the employer / owner within a determined time limit for a specified charge under the employer?s /owner?s supervision and control, in accordance with artistic terms and conditions. Firms undertaking such obligations shall take many conditions into consideration. These conditions are those generated from laws, nature of employer organization, specifications of the sector and the environmental based conditions. Taking these into account, the realization of bid process from the aspects of the organization and the firm, consequently from the aspect of providing a service to the community facilitates the operation of the process in better way. For this purpose, in this thesis we will try to help determine important points to be considered by the contractors.The scope of the study, objective and the content of the thesis subject, particulars of construction sector and subjects related to bid process are handled in the introduction section of the thesis. Studies made before offer preparation process, points that may help contractors during process take place in the second part. In the third part, a questionnaire was made where factors effecting offer preparation process were analyzed.In the result and recommendation part, opinions for improving the process are presented.en_US
