Özet
Çalışmada 5 yaşlı, erkek, Yeni Zelanda tavşanı mandibulasında saptanan akciğer metastazlı osteosarkom olgusu, makroskobik ve mikroskobik olarak tanımlandı. Makroskobik olarak sağ korpus mandibulanın lateralinde tek; akciğerde ise üç adet sert kıvamlı kitle görüldü. Histopatolojik incelemede mandibulada çok çekirdekli dev hücrelerinin arasında osteoblastlar ve osteoid oluşumları gözlendi. Akciğerde ise tümör metastazına rastlandı.
In the case osteosarcoma with lung metastase was described macroscopically and microscopically at New Zeland Rabbit’s mandible. Macroscopically at lateralis of right corpus mandible one hard in consistency nodule was seen; as at lung three nodules were seen. At histopathological examination; among the multinucleated giant cells, osteoblasts and osteoid areas were seen. At lung metastase of tumor was observed.
