Özet
Arteriyel psödoanevrizmalar özellikle periferik vasküler yapıların çeşitli nedenlerle travmatize olması sonucu meydana gelebilir. İntravenöz ilaç kullanımı bu nedenlerden biridir. Ulaşılması ve intravenöz enjeksiyonu kolay olduğu için femoral bölgeyi tercih eden intravenöz ilaç bağımlılarında enfekte psödoanevrizma görülebilir. Bu yazıda, bir intravenöz ilaç bağımlısında sol femoral bölgede tekrarlayan enjeksiyonlar sonrasında meydana gelen enfekte femoral psödoanevrizma sunuldu
Arterial pseudoaneurysms may occur due to trauma to the peripheral vessels, particularly, due to several reasons. Intravenous drug use is one of the causes. Infected pseudoaneurysms may be seen in intravenous drug addicts who usually prefer femoral vessels since they are easy to access, and inject the drug. In this article, we report an infected femoral pseudoaneurysm following chronic intravenous injections to the femoral region in an intravenous drug addict
