dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, bazı yosun ve liken türlerinde içsel (âsin (İndol-3-asetik asit, IAA), gjbberellin (GAj), absisik asit (ABA) ve sitokinin (zeatin) üretimi incelenmiş ve serbest-, bağh- ve toplam- formlarda miktarları saptanmıştır. İçsel -IAA,-GA3,-ABA ve -zeatin miktarlarının tayininde şpektrofotometre tekniği kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda, çalışmada kullanılan yosunların ve likenlerin bir metabolit olarak IAA, GA3. ABA ve zeatin ürettiği, üretilen bu büyüme hormonlarının hem serbest ve hem de bağlı formlarda bulunduğu ve miktarlarının yüksek düzeylerde olduğu gösterilmiştir. Ayrıca, IAA'nın maksimum absorbsiyon gösterdiği farklı iki dalga boyundan 280 nm'de 222 nm'ye göre daha yüksek değerlere sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. dc.description.abstractIn this study, some species of moss and lichenes of which levels of endogenous forms of free-, bound- and total-auxin (Lıdole-3-acetic acid, IAA), gibbereffie acid (GA3), abscisic acid (ABA) and cytokinin (zeatin) have been examined. The spectrophotometric tecniques have been used to determine the amounts of endogenous-IAA, -GAj, -ABA and -zeatin. The moss and lichenes which have been used in this research show that IAA, GAj, ABA and zeatin have been prossed as a metabolic. The amount of free and bound growth regulators is in a high level. Furthermore, instead of 222 nm in 280 nm the maximum absorbtion in IAA has been observed.en_US
