Abstract
Koronavirüs salgını tüm dünyayı ve ülkemizi son yıllarda etkisi altına almıştır. Bu salgında en çok çalışan hem fiziksel hem psikolojik zarara uğrayan kesim sağlık çalışanları olmuştur. Sağlık çalışanları hem bulaş riskine girip, kendisini ve ailesini riske atarken hem de zorlu çalışma şartlarıyla baş etmek zorunda kalmıştır. Ülkemizde ilk aşılanan popülasyon sağlık çalışanları olmuştur. Toplumda koronavirüs bulaşı korkusuyla artan dental anksiyetenin aşıdan sonra olan durumunu değerlendirmek ve sağlık çalışanlarındaki genel dental anksiyete durumunu değerlendirmek üzere çalışmamız planlanmıştır. Çalışmamızda amacımız sağlık çalışanlarında COVID-19 hastalığı sebebiyle artan dental anksiyeteyi etkileyen faktörlerin ve bu faktörler sonucu olan dental anksiyetenin saptanmasıdır.
The coronavirus epidemic has affected the whole world and our country in recent years. In this epidemic, the healthcare workers were the people who suffered the most physical and psychological damage. Healthcare professionals had to cope with difficult working conditions, while taking the risk of contamination, putting themselves and their family at risk. Health workers were the first population vaccinated in our country. Our study was planned to evaluate the state of dental anxiety, which increased in the community with the fear of coronavirus transmission, after vaccination and to evaluate the general dental anxiety in healthcare workers. In our study, our aim is to determine the factors affecting the increasing dental anxiety in healthcare workers due to COVID-19 disease and dental anxiety as a result of these factors.
