Özet
Bu çalışma Hatay'da yayılış gösteren bazı Geranium türlerinin (Geranium purpureum Vill., Geranium robertianum L., Geranium rotundifolium L., Geranium molle L., Geranium columbinum L., Geranium dissectum L., Geranium asphodeloides Burm., Geranium pyrenaicum Burm., Geranium libanoticum Schenk.) anatomik, morfolojik ve palinolojik özellikleri incelenerek Türkiye Florasına az da olsa katkı sağlanabilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Morfolojik çalışmalarda yaprak, çiçek, meyve ve tohum özellikleri incelenmiştir. Anatomik çalışmalarda, türlerin kök, gövde ve yapraklarından parafin yöntemiyle enine kesitler alınmış, hazırlanan preparatlar ışık mikroskobu altında fotoğraflanarak anatomik özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Türlere ait palinolojik incelemeler Wodehouse metoduna göre ışık mikroskobunda yapılmış ve polenler taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) incelemelerine göre de değerlendirilmiş ve çekilen fotoğraflar çalışmaya eklenmiştir. Polenlerin apertürleri trikolporat, polen tipi sferoidal ve sferoidal-subprolat şekilde olup ornamentasyonları incelenen tüm türlerde retikulat-klavat şeklindedir. Ayrıca tohum morfolojileri elektron mikroskobu (SEM) ve stereomikroskop ile incelenmiş tohumların şekil, büyüklük ve yüzey şekilleri ile ilgili özellikler resimlerle belirtilmiştir.
This study has been conducted by being examined anatomical, morphological and palynological characteristics of some Geranium species (Geranium purpureum, Geranium robertianum, Geranium rotundifolium, Geranium molle, Geranium columbinum, Geranium dissectum, Geranium asphodeloides, Geranium pyrenaicum, Geranium libanoticum) which spread in Hatay. This work has also been conducted in order to provide a small contribution to Flora of Turkey. Leaf, flower, fruits and seeds features have been investigated in morphological studies. In anatomical studies, Cross-sections have been taken out of the root and stem of these species. Anatomical features of the prepared mixture has been identified by being photographed under the light microscope. Palynological review of the species has been made according to wodehouse method under the light microscope and pollens have been evaluated according to a scanning electron microscopic examination (SEM). The taken photos have been added to the work. Trikolpat aparturs of pollen are in the form of spheroidal and spheroidal- subprolate. All species which are studied accoroding to ornamentation are in the form of all types reticulata-clavate. Besides, seed morphology have been examined with electron microscope (SEM) and a stereo microscope. Characteristics of the seeds related to shape, size and surface have been designated with images.
