dc.description.abstractAmaç: Genel ya da spinal anestezi tercihinde bulunan elektif sezaryen hastalarında anksiyetelerin karĢılaĢtırılması Yöntem: Mustafa Kemal Üniversitesi Tayfur Ata Sökmen Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi Anesteziyoloji Ve Reanimasyon Anabilim Dalı‟na bağlı Anestezi polikliniğine baĢvuran, Kadın Doğum ve Hastalıkları Anabilim Dalı tarafından elektif sezaryen planlanan 142 hastaya preoperatif değerlendirme esnasında STAI, APAIS ve Anestezi EndiĢe Nedenleri anketi uyguladık. Anket formunda yaĢ , eğitim gibi demografik bilgiler ve tercih etmek istediği anestezi tipi , ASA risk sınıflaması anestezi geçmiĢi ve operasyonun planlandığı güne kadar olan süre gibi bilgiler vardır. ÇalıĢmamıza bilinen psikiyatrik rahatsızlığı ve nörolojik rahatsızlığı olan , 18 yaĢ altı, Türkçe bilmeyen, acil sezaryen olgularını ve değerlendirmede kısıtlılığa neden olacak herhangi bir tıbbi problemi olan hastalar çalıĢma kapsamı dıĢında tutulmuĢtur. ÇalıĢmamıza son 10 gün içerisinde elektif sezeryan planlanan hastalar dahil edilmiĢtir. Bulgular: Elektif sezaryen planlanan hastalarda preoperatif anksiyetenin yaĢ, eğitim durumu, anestezi tercihi, ASA risk sınıflaması ve operasyona kalan süreden etkilenmediğini bulduk. Hastaların önceki anestezi geçmiĢi ile ilgili izlenimleri sonraki anestezi yönteminin seçimini etkilemektedir. Sonuç: Anksiyete sezaryen ameliyatı planlanan hastalarda çok sık görülmektedir. Bu sıklık yaĢ, eğitim durumu, anestezi tercihi, ASA risk sınıflaması ve operasyona kalan süreden etkilenmediğini bulduk. Hastaların önceki anestezi geçmiĢi sonraki anestezi yöntem tercihini etkilemektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractObjective: The comparison of anxiety levels of patients who preferred general or spinal anesthesia for the elective caesarean section. Method: We performed STAI, APAIS and Modified Anesthesia Anxiety Causes questionnaires during preoperative evaluation to 142 patients who consulted Anesthesia and Reanimation Department of Mustafa Kemal University Tayfur Ata Sökmen Medicine Faculty Hospital, and for whom elective caesarean section was planned by Gynecology Department. The questionnaires included demographical data like age and education, choice of anesthesia type, classification of ASA risk, history of anesthesia and the period of time until the day of planned operation. We excluded patients known to have psychiatric and neurological diseases, patients who were under 18 years old and who couldn‟t speak Turkish, patients having medical problems which caused limitations in evaluation, and cases of emergency caesarean section. The patients who were planned to have elective caesarean operation in last 10 days were included in our study. Results: We found out that the preoperative anxiety was not affected by age, educuation level, preferred anesthesia type, classification of ASA risk and the period of time until the operation. The impression of past anesthesia experience affects the choice of next anesthesia type. Conclusion: Anxiety is seen very frequent in patients who are planned to have caesarean section. We reported that this frequency is not affected by age, education level, preferred anesthesia type, ASA risk classification and the period of time until the day of operation. The past anesthesia experience of patients affects the next choice of anesthesia type.en_US
