dc.description.abstractBu araştırma; Diyarbakır ili Kulp ilçesinde bulunan Akbulak, Bağcılar, Bayır, Çukurca, Demirli, Düzce, Güleç, Özbek, Temran ve Uygur mahallelerinde çayır mera kullanımı ve yem bitkileri tarımı ile ilgili sorunların saptanması ve daha sonraki yıllarda bölgede tarım ve hayvancılığın iyileştirilmesi için yapılacak çalışmalara kaynak oluşturması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda anket soruları hazırlanmış ve tesadüfen seçilen on mahallede yüz üretici ile yüz yüze görüşülerek anket yapılmıştır. Çalışma yapılan mahallelerde, işletme sahiplerinin ortalama %52 oranla 50 ve 50 den daha büyük yaş grubunda, ortalama %48 oranla 20-50 yaş grubunda yer aldıkları saptanmıştır. Çiftçilerin ortalama %71'nin ilkokul, %5'inin ortaokul, %1'nin lise ve %2'sinin üniversite mezunu olduğu, %5'nin okur-yazar seviyesinde olduğu ve ortalama %16'sının ise okuma yazma bilmedikleri tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, bölgede en önemli problemin işletmecilerin yembitkisi yetiştiriciliği hakkında yetersiz bilgiye sahip olduğu ve yem fiyatlarının pahalı olması, çayır mera alanlarının yetersiz ve verimsiz olmasından dolayı işletmecilerin çoğunluğu hayvan beslemede saman ve fabrika yemi kullanmaktadırlar. Üreticilerin 4342 sayılı Mera Kanunu hakkında bilgi sahibi olmadıkları ve 4342 sayılı Mera Kanunundan faydalanıp, meralarının ıslah edilmesini istediklerini ifade etmişlerdir. Ayrıca yapılan bu çalışmada, bölgede susuzluk sorunun çözülmesi, devlet tarafından tarımsal üretime verilen desteklemelerin artırılması yönünde planlamaların yapılması, üreticilere yem bitkileri yetiştiriciliği ve hayvan sağlığı hakkında eğitim verilmesinin bölgenin tarım ve hayvancılık sektörünü olumlu yönde etkileyeceği sonucuna varılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study; it was aimed to determine the problems related to the range management and forage crops in Akbulak, Bağcılar, Bayır, Çukurca, Demirli, Düzce, Güleç, Özbek, Temran and Uygur neighborhoods in the Kulp district of Diyarbakır province, and to be a resource for the studies to be carried out for the improvement of agriculture and animal husbandry in the region in the following years. Survey questions were prepared for this purpose and the survey was made by interviewing face to face with one hundred producers live in ten neighbourhoods selected randomly. In the neighborhoods where the study was conducted, it was determined that the farmers were in the 50 and older age group with average of %52, and in the 20-50 age group with an average of %48. On average, %71 of the farmers were primary school graduates, %5 were secondary school graduates, %1 were high school graduates and %2 were university graduates on average, %5 are literate on average, and %16 are literate on average it was found that they did not know. According to the results of survey the most important problem of the producers did not enough knowledge about the forage crops production and, due to high feed prices, insufficient and poor of the meadow-pasture areas, the majority of the producers have used the industrial fodder and straw for the feeding their animals in the region. They stated that the producers did not know about the Pasture Law No. 4342 and they wanted their pastures to be improved by making use of the pasture Law no. 4342. In addition, in this study, it was concluded that solving the problem of thirst in the region, making plans to increase the support given by the state to agricultural production, training the producers about forage crops and animal health will positively affect the agriculture and livestock sector of the region.en_US
