Abstract
Capnodis cariosa (Pall.) (Coleoptera: Buprestidae) antepfıstığı ağaçlarının en önemli zararlısıdır. Bu çalışma ile Gaziantep ili antepfıstığı bahçelerinde C. cariosa'nın yayılışı, popülasyon yoğunluğu ve zarar oranının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma Gaziantep ilinin Karkamış ve Nizip ilçelerinde bulunan antepfıstığı bahçelerinde haftalık sörvey çalışması ile yürütülmüştür. 2021 yılında bütün örnekleme alanlarından toplam 112 adet C. cariosa (♀, ♂) ergini toplanmıştır. Toplanan erginlerin 63 adeti C. cariosa (♂), 49 adeti C. cariosa (♀) dır. İlk C. cariosa ergin çıkışı 23 Mayıs'da gözlenmiştir. Örnekleme süresince en yüksek sayıda C. cariosa ait erginler 5 Eylül tarihinde yakalanmıştır. Örnekleme süresinde popülasyon yoğunluğu ağustos sonundan eylül ayı ortasına kadar olan sürede daha yüksek olduğu gözlenmiştir. 2021 yılında zararlının erkek ergin sayısı dişi ergin sayısından fazla olduğu gözlenmiştir. 2022 yılında bütün örnekleme alanlarından toplam 116 adet C. cariosa (♀, ♂) ergini toplanmıştır. Toplanan erginlerin 68 adeti C. cariosa (♂), 48 adeti C. cariosa (♀) dır. İlk C. cariosa ergin çıkışı 1 Mayıs'da gözlenmiştir. Örnekleme süresince en yüksek sayıda C. cariosa ait erginler 28 Ağustos tarihinde yakalanmıştır. Örnekleme süresinde popülasyon yoğunluğu ağustos sonundan eylül ayı ortasına kadar olan sürede daha yüksek olduğu gözlenmiştir. 2022 yılında zararlının erkek ergin sayısı dişi ergin sayısından fazla olduğu gözlenmiştir. 2021 yılında en fazla zarar oranı % 15.8'lik oranla bahçe 12'deki gözlenmiştir. Bunu %9.2 ile Bahçe 4, %4.5 ile Bahçe7, %4.1 ile Bahçe 1, %3.8 ile Bahçe 5, % 3.1 ile Bahçe 9, %2.7 ile Bahçe 6, 11, %1.7 ile Bahçe 2, %1.6 ile Bahçe 3, %1.3 ile Bahçe 10, ve % 0.9 ile Bahçe 8 takip etmiştir.

Purpose of this study was to determine the distribution, population density and damage rate of C. cariosa in pistachio orchards in Gaziantep province. The study was conducted in Karkamış and Nizip districts of Gaziantep province as weekly surveys. A total of 112 C. cariosa (♀, ♂) adults were collected in 2021 from all sampling areas. Among these, 63 were C. cariosa (♂) and 49 were C. cariosa (♀). The first adult emergence of C. cariosa was observed on 23 May. The highest number of adults of C. cariosa was caught on 5 September during the sampling period. The higher population density of C. cariosa was observed during the sampling period from late August to mid-September. It was observed that the number of male adults of the pest was higher than the number of female adults in 2021. A total of 116 C. cariosa (♀, ♂) adults were collected in 2022 from all sampling areas.
