Hatay'da yayılış gösteren bazı Erodium L. (Geraniaceae) türlerinin anatomik, morfolojik ve palinolojik özellikleri

Özet
Yaptığımız bu çalışmada, Geraniaceae familyasından Erodium L. cinsine ait; Erodium acaule, Erodium amanum, Erodium gruinum, Erodium botrys, Erodium cucitarium, Erodium moschatum, Erodium malacoides taksonları morfolojik, anatomik, palinolojik ve tohum morfolojisi özellikleri yönünden incelenmiştir. İncelenen örnekler 2012-2014 yılları arasında Hatay'dan toplanmıştır. Toplanan örnekler herbaryum örneğine dönüştürülmüştür. Morfolojik çalışmalarda taksonların teşhisi ve morfolojik incelemeler herbaryum materyallerinden yapılmıştır. Stero-mikroskop yardımıyla incelenmesiyle türlerin genel morfolojik özellikleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışılan türlerin ayrıntılı deskripsiyonu yapılmış, çiçek açma ve tohumlanma zamanları verilmiştir. Taksonların gövde, kök, yaprak, çiçek ve meyvelerinin morfolojik karakterleri incelenmiş olup bu morfolojik özellikler fotoğraflarla desteklenerek verilmiştir. Anatomik incelemeler fikse edilmiş materyallerden yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmalarda gövde, kök ve yaprak enine kesitleri incelenmiş mikrofotoğrafları ile birlikte verilmiştir. Araştırmanın palinoloji bölümünde, SEM'de ve Wodehouse metodu ile daimi hale getirilen polen preparatları ışık mikroskobunda incelenmiştir. Polenlerin ekvatoral, polar uzunluğu, kolpus- por uzunluğu ve genişliği hesaplanmıştır. Ayrıca ekzin intin kalınlıkları da ölçülmüştür. Tohum morfolojisi elektron mikroskobu (SEM) ve stereomikroskop ile şekil, büyüklük ve yüzey ornementasyonları incelenmiştir.
In this study, Erodium acaule, Erodium amanum, Erodium gruinum, Erodium botrys, Erodium cucitarium, Erodium moschatum, Erodium malacoides taxa belonging to ErodiumL. species of Geraniaceae family has been examined in terms of morphological, anatomical, palynological and seed morphological aspects. The examined samples were collected Hatay between the years 2012-2014. The collected samples were transformed into the herbarium sample. In morphological studies, diagnosis of taxa and morphological examines has been carried out with herbarium materials. General morphological aspects of the species has been tried to be determined by the help of examinations done by stero microscope. The studied species has been described in detail and their blooming and semination time has been given. Morphological characters of the stem, root, leaf, flower and fruits of taxa has been examined and these morphological aspects has been supported with pictures. Anatomic studies has been done with fixing materials. In these studies, stem, root and leaf cross sections have been examined and shown with their microphotographs. In the palynological section of the study, pollen slides which have been permenant with the help of SEM and Wodehouse method have been examined in light microscope. Equatorial, polar length, corpus-por length and wideness of pollens have been calculated. Moreover, exine thickness has been measured. Shape, size and surface ornementation of seed morphology have been examined by the help of electron microscope (SEM) and stereomicroscope.
