| dc.description.abstract | Günümüzün en önemli konularından biri çoğulcu toplumlarda, demokratik etkileşimin nasıl sağlanacağı ve geliştirileceğidir. Bu açıdan bakıldığında sivil toplum tarafından kurulan örgütlenmeler; bireylerin hür, sivil ve demokratik iletişimini sağlamada en büyük aktör konumdadır. Ayrıca günümüzde demokrasinin öğesi olan sosyal ve mesleki dayanışma, sağlık, çevre, eğitim gibi birçok konuda örgütlenen sivil toplum kuruluşları, üyeleri ile birlikte siyasal sürece etkin olarak katılmakta ve devletin politikalarına yön verebilmektedir. Bundan dolayıdır ki demokrasi kültürü gelişmiş ülkelerde sivil toplum örgütleri birçok konuda söz sahibi olurken; Türkiye gibi gelişmekte olan veya gelişmemiş ülkelerde devlet politikalarında etkin olmayı başaramamaktadır. Bu nedenle sivil toplum örgütlerinin geldiği nokta demokrasi ve ülkelerin gelişmişlik düzeyleri ile paralellik göstermektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı özellikle seçim dönemlerinde sivil toplum kuruluşlarının siyasal katılım üzerindeki etkisini araştırmak, bu iki unsur arasındaki ilişkiyi saptamaktır. Bu bağlamda öncelikle siyasal katılım ve sivil toplum kavramları incelenecektir. Ayrıca çalışmada sivil toplum kuruluşlarının siyasal katılım üzerindeki etkisini saptamak adına Hatay'ın İskenderun ilçesinde örgütlenen iki yüz yetmiş dernek arasından kamuoyu üzerinde etkisi olduğu düşünülen sekiz dernek seçilmiş ve bu derneklerin aktif üyeleri üzerinde, özellikle 2019 yerel seçimleri ele alınarak anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | One of the most important issues in today's pluralistic society, how to ensure the democratic interaction and that there be developed. From this perspective, civil society and organized structures are the main actors in ensuring the free, civil and democratic communication of individuals. In addition, civil society organizations, which are organized in many subjects such as social and professional solidarity, health, environment and education, which are the elements of today's democracy, actively participate in the political process together with their members and can direct the policies of the state . This is why the culture of democracy have a voice on many issues, non-governmental organizations in developed and emerging countries such as Turkey may be the underdeveloped countries are unable to be active in theological pole in the state. For this reason, the development of civil society organizations is parallel to democracy. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of non-governmental organizations on political participation, especially in the election periods, to determine the relationship between these two elements.In this context, firstly the concepts of civil society and political participation will be examined. On the other hand, in order to determine the impact of non-governmental organizations on political participationand to obtain healthy data , a questionnaire will be applied on people in non-governmental organizations. | en_US |
