Abstract
Akdeniz meyve sineği, Ceratitis capitata (Wiedemann) (Diptera: Tephritidae), ülkemizde Trabzon hurmasının önemli bir zararlısıdır. Çalışma 2013-2014 yıllarında Hatay ili Trabzon hurması bahçelerinde Akdeniz Meyve Sineği'nin popülasyon yoğunluğu ve zarar oranının belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma Defne (Harbiye), Antakya, Dörtyol ve Belen ilçelerinde bulunan Trabzon hurması bahçelerinde yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada Econex sarı tuzak + feromon (% 95 trimedlure (t-butyl 4 (veya 5)chloro-2-methylcyclohexanecarboxylate) ve DDVP kullanılmıştır. Feromon tuzakları haftalık olarak kontrol edilmiş ve yakalanan erginler sayılmış ve temizlenmiştir. Tuzaklardaki feromonlar her 90 günde bir yenileri ile değiştirilmiştir. Hasattan önce 2013 yılında 5, 2014 yılında 7 defa olmak üzere her bahçede feromon tuzaklarının kurulduğu ağaç hariç, rastgele seçilen 300 meyve kontrol edilerek vuruklu meyve sayısı kaydedilmiştir. 2013 yılında feromon tuzakları tarafından 13944 adet Akdeniz meyve sineği ergini yakalanmıştır. Harbiye'de 3061 adet Akdeniz meyve sineği ergini yakalanmış olup, en fazla ergin 22 Eylül'de yakalanmış, bunu 25 Ağustos, 11 Ağustos-6 Ekim, 15 Eylül tarihleri takip etmiştir. Bahçe 49'da 2923 adet Akdeniz meyve sineği ergini yakalanmış olup, en fazla ergin 27 Ekim'de yakalanmış, bunu 13 Ekim, 20 Ekim, 3 Kasım tarihleri takip etmiştir. Bahçe 70'de 1202 adet Akdeniz meyve sineği ergini yakalanmış olup, en fazla ergin 27 Ekim'de yakalanmış, bunu 14 Temmuz, 13 Ekim, 6 Ekim tarihleri takip etmiştir. Belen'de 6758 adet Akdeniz meyve sineği ergini yakalanmış olup, en fazla ergin 4 Ağustos'ta yakalanmış, bunu 11 Ağustos, 18 Ağustos, 21 Temmuz tarihleri takip etmiştir. 2014 yılında feromon tuzakları tarafından 10575 adet Akdeniz meyve sineği ergini yakalanmıştır. Harbiye'de 4227 adet Akdeniz meyve sineği ergini yakalanmış olup, en fazla ergin 17 Ağustos'ta yakalanmış, bunu 10 Ağustos, 24 Ağustos, 31 Ağustos tarihleri takip etmiştir. Bahçe 49'da 1108 adet Akdeniz meyve sineği ergini yakalanmış olup, en fazla ergin 21 Eylül'de yakalanmış, bunu 7 Eylül tarihi takip etmiştir. Bahçe 70'de 396 adet Akdeniz meyve sineği ergini yakalanmış olup, en fazla ergin 26 Ekim'de yakalanmış, bunu 2 Kasım tarihi takip etmiştir. Belen'de 4844 adet Akdeniz meyve sineği ergini yakalanmış olup, en fazla ergin 10 Ağustos'ta yakalanmış, bunu 24 Ağustos, 17 Ağustos, 31 Ağustos tarihleri takip etmiştir. 2013 yılındaki çalışmada en fazla Akdeniz meyve sineği zarar oranı 20 Ekim'de % 100 Bahçe 49'da, 13 Ekim'de % 82.7 Bahçe 70'de, 20 Ekim'de % 17.2 ile Harbiye'de, 20 Ekim'de % 3.35 ile Belen'de olmuştur. 2014 yılındaki çalışmada en fazla Akdeniz meyve sineği zarar oranı 2 Kasım'da % 95.0 ile Bahçe 49'da, 2 Kasım'da % 85.0 ile Bahçe 70'de, 2 Kasım'da % 9.62 ile Harbiye'de ve 2 Kasım'da % 2.44 ile Belen'de olmuştur.
Mediterranean fruit fly (Medfly), Ceratitis capitata (Wiedemann) (Diptera: Tephritidae), is one of the important pests of persimmon in Turkey. Studies were conducted in 2013-2014 to evaluate the population density and damage rates of Medfly at persimmon orchards in Defne (Harbiye), Antakya, Dörtyol and Belen districts of Hatay province. The study was carried out using the Econex yellow traps and pheromones (% 95 trimedlure (t-butyl 4 (or 5) chloro-2-methylcyclohexanecarboxylate) and DDVP. The pheromone traps were weekly checked and captured Medfly adults were counted and then cleaned. Pheromones in the yellow traps were replaced with the new ones in every 90 days. Damaged fruits were counted 5 times in 2013, and 7 times in 2014 by assessing 300 persimmon fruits randomly in each of the orchards, except the ones from the pheromone trap hanging tree. In 2013, a total of 13944 Medfly adults were caught by pheromone traps. A total of 3061 Medfly adults were caught by pheromone traps in Defne (Harbiye) district, and the highest number of Medfly adults caught was in 22 September, followed by 11-25 August, 6 October and 15 September.
