Özet
Altı ekmeklik buğday çeşit ve hatti ile bunlann yarım diallel melezlerinden oluşturulan populasyonlarda, tanede protein içeriği balonundan hem çevre varyansınm önemli olması hem de dar anlamda kalıtını derecesinin yüksek çıkmamasından seleksiyonda basan şansının az olduğu ifade edilmiştir. Tanede protein içeriği için eklemeli gen etkileri önemli olmuş, tam dominanttık bulunmuş, yüksek protein içeriğinin resesif genlerle ve l gen çifti tarafindan idare edildiği saptanmıştır. Tanede protein içeriği bakımından -%3.6'lık heterosis, -%10.9'luk heterobeltiosis bulunmasından populasyonun uygun bir seleksiyon kaynağı olmayacağı, olumsuz heterosise rağmen, 84 ÇZT 04xHAHN*2 kombinasyonunda %16.3 heterosis, %9.4 heterobeltiosis bulunmasından ve ÖUY'nin de yüksek olmasından, bu kombinasyonun ümitvar melez olabileceği ifade edilmiştir.
In the populations that were included six common wheat cultivar or lines and crosses of half diallel of these cultivars or lines, It was estimated that the chance of success in selection was low for the protein content of grain, since both environmental variance was significant and narrow-sense heritability of this characteristic wasn't high. Additive effects were significant for the protein content of grain. Dominance effect was found in the protein content of grain. It was found that recessive alleles were more effective on the high protein content of grain. It was found that at least 1 pairs of genes was effective on the protein content of grain. It was not suitable to use the population a selection pool since a -3.6% heterosis and -10.9% heterobeltiosis were observed for protein content. Despite negative heterosis, 84 ÇTZ 04xHAHN*2 combination, having a 16.3% heterosis ,9.4% heterobeltiosis and high SCA, may be a promising combination.
