dc.description.abstractAmaç: Bu çalışma, hemşirelik bölümü öğrencilerinin manevi destek algıları ve etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yöntem: Bu çalışma tanımlayıcı bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın evrenini Akdeniz bölgesinde yer alan bir ildeki üniversitenin 2016-2017 öğretim yılında sağlık yüksekokulunda okuyan tüm hemşirelik bölümü öğrencileri oluşturmuştur. Veriler anket tekniği ile 1-31 Nisan 2017 tarihleri arasında araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 323 hemşirelik bölümü öğrencisine ulaşılarak toplanmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” ve “Manevi Destek Algısı Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen veriler SPSS-21 paket programı kullanılarak, tanımlayıcı istatistiklerin yanı sıra Kruskal Wallis ve MannWhitney U testleri analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin yaş ortalamasının 20,86±1,84 olduğu, %65,3’ü kadın, %96,6’sı bekar olduğu saptanmıştır. Öğrenci hemşirelerin manevi destek algılarının toplam puan ortalamasının yüksek (52,02±6,99) düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Öğrencilerin %58,8’i manevi bakım kavramını daha önceden duymuş olduklarını/bilgileri olduğunu ve %75,2’si eğitim gördüğü bölümde manevi bakımla ilgili olarak eğitim/ders almak istediğini belirtmiştir. Sonuç: Hemşirelik öğrencilerin manevi destek algı düzeylerinin yüksek olduğu görülmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractObjective: This study was performed to determine spiritual support perceptions and the affecting factors among nursing students. Method: This study was a descriptive study. The population of the study consisted of all the nursing students who studied at the health high school of a university located in a province in Mediterranean Region during 2016-2017 academic year. Data were gathered using survey questionnaire technique between the 1st and the 31st of April 2017 by contacting 323 nursing students who accepted to participate in the research . As the data collection tool, Information Request Form and Spiritual Support Perception Scale were used. The data obtained in the study were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and SPSS-21 package program and, Kruskal Wallis and Mann-Whitney U tests. Results: The mean age of the participating students was 20.86±1.84 years, while 65.3% of the participants were female, and 96.6% of them were unmarried. It was determined that the mean total score of spiritual support perceptions of nursing students was at a high level (52.02±6.99). and 58.8% of the students told that they had previously heard/informed about spiritual care and 75.2% of them wanted to receive a training/course about spiritual care in the academic department where they studied. Conclusion: It was found that nursing students had higher spiritual support perception levels.en_US
