dc.description.abstractHatay'da Seçmen Eğilimleri, XIX. ve XX. Dönem Hatay Milletvekilleri Ve Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi'ndeki Faaliyetleri(1939-1999) adlı tez çalışmasında adı geçen dönemlerde ülke yönetimine talip olan siyasi partiler ile ilgili kısaca bilgiler verilmiştir. 12 Eylül 1980 Askeri Müdahale sonrası Milli Güvenlik Konseyi, ülkeyi kaosa sürükleyen parti ve yöneticilerine yönelik siyasi faaliyetlerde bulunma yasağı getirerek siyasi atmosferi değiştirmeyi hedeflemiştir. Ancak 1990'lı yıllara gelindiğinde 1970'li yılların siyasetçilerinin tekrar boy göstermeye başladıkları görülmektedir. 1991 seçimlerinde sol tabandan oy alan SHP, beş milletvekili çıkarmıştır. Muhafazakâr kesimlerce desteklenen DYP ise üç milletvekili çıkarmıştır. 1995 seçimlerinde ise sol tabanın desteklediği CHP üç, DSP ise bir milletvekili çıkarırken sağ seçmenin desteklediği ANAP, RP ve DYP'nin ikişer milletvekili sandalyesi kazandıkları görülmektedir. 1991 ve 1995 seçimleri ile Hatay ilini parlamentoda temsil eden vekillerin eğitim, yaş ve meslekleri ile alakalı bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Bunların yanında seçim öncesinde listesinden aday oldukları partilerin Hatay'da yürüttükleri propaganda faaliyetlerinden de söz edilmiştir. Seçimlerden sonra milletvekillerinin Meclis'teki söz alma, kanun teklifleri, soru önergeleri, meclis araştırma önergeleri, gensoru gibi yasama faaliyetleri, TBMM Tutanak Dergileri, Türk Parlamento Tarihi, TBMM albümü, yerel ve ulusal gazeteler incelenerek tamamlanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractXIX. and XX. In our thesis study titled Hatay Deputies and the Activities of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, brief information is given about the political parties that aspired to the administration of the country in the mentioned periods. After the Military Intervention of 12 September 1980, the National Security Council aimed to change the political atmosphere by banning political activities against the parties and their administrators that dragged the country into chaos. However, when it comes to the 1990s, it is seen that the politicians of the 1970s started to appear again. SHP, which received votes from the left in the 1991 elections, elected five deputies. The DYP, which is supported by conservative sections, elected three deputies. In the 1995 elections, the CHP, which was supported by the left-wing base, elected three and the DSP one deputy, while ANAP, RP and DYP, which supported the right voters, won two parliamentary seats each. Information about the education, age and professions of the deputies who represented our city in the parliament with the 1991 and 1995 elections are given. In addition to these, the propaganda activities carried out in Hatay by the parties whose list they were nominated for before the election were also mentioned. After the elections, the legislative activities of the Deputies such as taking the floor in the Assembly, bills, parliamentary questions, parliamentary research motions, and no-confidence were completed by examining the Parliamentary Minutes Magazines, the Turkish Parliamentary History, the Parliamentary Album, and local and national newspapers.en_US
