dc.description.abstractBu araştırma saldırgan davranışlar gösteren çocukların ailelerinin ihtiyaçlarından yola çıkılarak hazırlanan, Çocuklarda Saldırgan Davranışları Önleme Ebeveyn Eğitim Programı'nın (SADEP) çocukların davranışları, güçlükleri, güçleriüzerine etkilerini ortaya koymak amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada öncelikle, saldırgan davranışlar sergileyen çocuğa sahip annelerle odak grup görüşmeleri ve devamında ihtiyaç analizi çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Böylece, ortaya çıkan konu başlıkları, literatür verileri ve uzman görüşlerinden faydalanılarak SADEP oluşturulmuştur. Program Ankara Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Çocuk Gelişim Polikliniği'ne başvuran, çocukları saldırgan davranışlar gösteren ve programa gönüllü olarak katılmak isteyen 20 anneye 13 hafta süreyle uygulanmıştır. Programın etkililiğini değerlendirmek amacıyla aynı sayıda annenin olduğu kontrol grubu oluşturulmuştur. Çalışmaya başlarken, her iki gruba Aile Bilgi Formu ve çocukların gelişimlerinin norma uygunluğunu belirlemek amacıyla Denver II Gelişim Tarama Testi uygulanmıştır. Programın sonuçlarını değerlendirebilmek için her iki gruptaki annelere, eğitim öncesi ve sonrası olmak üzere Güç ve Güçlükler Anketi (GGA) uygulanmıştır. GGA eğitim programı tamamlandıktan iki ay sonra izlem çalışması olarak sadece deney grubuna uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde Bonferroni Düzeltmeli Mann Whitney U testi, Kruskal Wallis H testi, Karışık Ölçümler İçin İki Faktörlü Anova Testi, İlişkili Örneklemler için Tek Faktörlü Anova Testi, Pearson Korelasyon Katsayısı ve etki büyüklüğü analizleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda, SADEP uygulamasının, çocukların sosyal becerileri, güçleri ve güçlükleri üzerine anlamlı düzeyde etkileri olduğu görülmüştür. SADEP'in olumlu etkileri izlem sürecinde de azalma göstermeden devam etmiştir. Programın etki büyüklüğü, geniş etki büyüklüğü olarak belirlenmiştir. Sonuçta, SADEP uygulaması saldırgan davranışlar sergileyen çocuklara müdahale yöntemi olarak uygulanabilir bir program olarak değerlendirilmiştiren_US
dc.description.abstractThis study was carried out to aims to determine the effects of the Parent Training Program for Prevention of Children's Aggressive Behavior (SADEP), which was developed based on the needs of parents of children who shows aggressive behaviors, children behaviours, difficulties, strengths, family functions and harmony of marriage. In the study, focus group discussions were held with the mothers of children with aggressive behavior and then needs analysis were conducted. Thus SADEP was formed based emerging topics, literature data and experts' opinions. The program was implemented on 20 mothers who applied to the Children Development Clinic of Ankara Training and Research Hospital who has children with aggressive behavior and who participated in the program voluntarily for a period of 13 weeks. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the program, a control group with equal number of mothers was established. At the begining of the study Family Information Form and Denver II Developmental Screening Test, which is used for determine the eligibility norms, were applied. In order to fully evaluate the results of the program, The Strenghts and Difficulties Questionarie was applied to mothers from both groups before and after training. Same material was also applied to only the experimental group as a monitoring study 2 months after the training. The Mann Whitney U Test with Bonferroni Adjustment, the Kruskal Wallis H test, the Two-Factor Anova Test for Mixed Measures, the Single Factor Anova Test for Correlated Samplings, the Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and the effect size analyses was used for analyzing data. As a result of the present study it has been determined that application of SADEP application, had significant effects on the strengths and difficulties of children. Positive effects of SADEP continued during the monitoring period without any decrease. The effect size of the program was determined as a large effect size. It has been concluded that SADEP is a program that can be used as a method to intervene the children with aggressive behavioren_US
