| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Eti Maden İşletmeleri Kütahya Emet Bor İşletme Müdürlüğü'nden getirilen borojipsin çimento ve beton katkısı olarak kullanılabilirliği çimento hamuru ve beton numuneler üzerinde yapılan deneylerle araştırılmıştır. Yapılan mekanik deneylerde (Basınç Dayanımı ve Çekme Dayanımı) %3 ve %5 borojips ikamesinin betonun basınç ve çekme dayanımını iyileştirdiği görülmektedir. Borojips katkılı beton numunelerin slump ve Ve-be sonuçları, borojipsin beton işlenebilirliğini azaltıcı bir etkisi olduğunu göstermektedir. Karışımlardaki borojips katkısının artmasıyla çimentonun priz başlangıcı ve priz sonu sürelerinin uzadığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu nedenle borojipsin betonda priz geciktirici olarak kullanılabileceği düşünülmektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, utilization of borogypsum provided from Eti Mine Works Kütahya Emet Boron Plant as a cement and concrete additives was investigated by experiments executed on cement paste and concrete. Mechanical test results indicated that using %3 and %5 of borogypsum improve the compressive strength of concrete. Slump and Ve-Be test results show that utilization of borogypsum reduced the workability of concrete. Increasing the amount of borogypsum prolonged initial and final setting time of cement. Consequently, borogypsum can be used as a set retarder additive in concrete. | en_US |
