Özet
VIÎI öz Bu çalışma ile laboratuvar şartlarında (25 ±2 °C sıcaklıkta ve %70 ± 10 orantılı nem) turunçgillerde verim ve kaliteyi olumsuz yönde etkileyen zararlılardan biri olan Turunçgil unlubiti, Planococcus citri Risso ( Horn.: Pseudococcidae)'nin, Doğu Akdeniz Bölgesi'nde yaygın olarak bulunan avcılarından Nephus includens Kirsch., Exochomus quadripustulatus L. ve ekzotik doğal düşman Cryptolaemus montrouzjeri Mulsant ( Col.: CoccineIlidae)'nin tüketim gücü ve farklı av yoğunluklarına bağlı olarak gösterdikleri işlevsel ve sayısal tepki tipleri ortaya konmuştur. Zararlının biyolojik mücadelesinde kullanılan ekzotik parazitoit, Leptomastix dactylopti How. ( Hym.. Encyrtidae)'nin parazitleme gücü, ergin Öncesi yaşam suresi, ergin dişi ömrü, cinsiyet oranlan ile işlevsel tepkisi belirlenmiştir.
IX ABSTRACT The Citrus mealybug, Planococcus citri Risso (Horn.: Pseudococcidae), is one of the most important pests effective on yield and quality on citrus. For the biological control of P. citri various natural enemies have been using. They are two exotic natural enemies, Cryptolaemus montrouzieri Mulsant (Col.: Coccinellidae) and Leptomastix dactylopii How. (Hym.: Encyrtidae) and two indigenous predators, Nephus inchidens Kirsch and Exochomus quadripustulatus L. naturally widespread in east Mediterranean region of Turkey. The feeding capacity, functional and numerical responses of the indigenous predators, N. inclUdens and K quadripustulatus and the exotic predator, C montrouzieri were determined at 25 ±2 °C temperature and 70 ± 10% relative humidity in the laboratory. In addition, parasitization capacity, pre-adult longevity, adult female longevity, sex ratio and functional response of L. dactylopii were determined.
