Abstract
Bu çalışmada, etlik damızlık tavukların performans, yumurta iç-dış kalite ve kuluçka özelliklerine yaşın etkisi belirlenmiştir. Araştırma, Ross 308 genotipine ait toplam 6900 adet etlik damızlık tavuk üzerinden yürütülmüştür. Bunun yanında erkek dişi oranı 1/10 hesap edilerek toplamda 690 adet horoz kullanılmıştır. Etlik damızlıklar 3 muamele grubuna (23-34, 35-49, 50-61 hafta) ayrılmıştır. Her yaş grubu (muamele) altında 4 tekerrür ve her tekerrürde 575 adet benzer canlı ağırlığa sahip etlik damızlık tavuklar tesadüfen yerleştirilmiştir. Deneme, hayvanlar 23 haftalık yaşta iken başlamış, 61 haftalık yaşa kadar toplam 39 hafta devam etmiştir. Deneme süresince her hafta aynı gün 30 adet yumurta iç ve dış kalite özelliklerinin, 30 adet de kuluçka özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla 1170'er adet yumurta toplanmıştır. Damızlık tavukların performans özellikleri (canlı ağırlık, yumurta verimi, yem tüketimi, yemden yararlanma oranı) tespit edilmiş, her yumurtlama döneminden elde edilen yumurtaların öncelikle dış kalite özellikleri (yumurta ağırlığı, kabuk ağırlığı, kabuk kalınlığı, kabuk kırılma direnci, şekil indeksi) laboratuvar ortamında belirlenerek aynı yumurtaların iç kalite özellikleri de (ak indeksi, sarı indeksi, Haugh birimi) tespit edilmiştir. Kuluçka özellikleri olarak döl verimi, çıkış gücü, embriyo ölümleri, dölsüz yumurta oranı ve kuluçka randımanı eşzamanlı toplanan yumurtalar üzerinden belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada, yaşın yumurta verimi, yem tüketimi, yemden yararlanma oranı, canlı ağırlık, yumurta ağırlığı, kabuk kalınlığı, kabuk ağırlığı, şekil indeksi, sarı indeksi, ak indeksi, Haugh birimi, döl verimi, dölsüz yumurta oranı, çıkış gücü, embriyo ölümleri, kuluçka randımanı, çift sarılı yumurta sayısı, ince kabuklu yumurta sayısı ve kuluçka dışı yumurta sayısı üzerine etkisi önemli (P<0,05), kabuk kırılma direnci ve kirli yumurta sayısına etkisi ise önemsiz (P>0,05) bulunmuştur. Çalışma bulgularına göre performans, yumurta kalite ve kuluçka özellikleri üzerine yaşın etkili bir unsur olduğu görülmüştür.
In this study, the effect of age on the performance of broiler breeders, egg interior-exterior quality and hatching characteristics were determined. The study was conducted on a total of 6900 broiler breeders belonging to Ross 308 genotype. In addition to this, the rate of male females was 1/10, and 690 cocks were used in total. Broilers were divided into 3 treatment groups (23-34, 35-49, 50-61 weeks). Under each age group (treatment), 4 replicates and 575 birds with similar live weights were coincidentally placed. The study continued for a total of 39 weeks, starting at 23 weeks of age and up to 61 weeks of age. During the experiment, 1170 eggs were collected on the same day each week for the purpose of determining 30 egg internal and external quality characteristics and 30 egg incubation characteristics. The performance characteristics (live weight, egg yield, feed consumption, feed convertion ratio) of the breeding chickens were determined and the external quality characteristics (egg weight, egg-shell weight, egg-shell thickness, egg-shell crust resistance, shape index) of the eggs obtained from each egg laying period were determined in the laboratory and the internal quality characteristics (white index, yellow index, Haugh unit) of the same eggs were determined. Incubation characteristics such as fertilization rate, hatchability of fertil egg, embryo deaths, non-fertil egg ratio and hatching efficiency were determined from eggs collected simultaneously. In the study, the effect of age on egg yield, feed consumption, feed convertion ratio, live weight, egg weight, shell thickness, shell weight, shape index, yolk index, white index, Haugh unit, fertilization rate, infertil egg ratio, hatchability of fertil egg, embryo deaths, hatching efficiency, number of double yolked egg, number of thin shelled egg, number of non-hatching egg was significant (P <0.05), while the effect on shell breaking resistance and number of dirty eggs was not significant (P> 0.05). According to the findings of the study, age was found to be an effective factor on performance, egg quality and hatching characteristics.
