| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, bazı liken ve yosun türlerinde içsel serbest, bağlı ve toplam oksin, (Ündol-3 asetik asit, IAA) gibberellik asit (GA3), absisik asit (ABA) ve sitokinin (zeatin) miktarları incelenecektir. Bu bitki büyüme düzenleyicilerinin miktarlarının tayininde spektrofotometre tekniği kullanıldı. Bulgularımız, bu araştırmada kullanılan yosun ve likenlerin bitki büyüme düzenleyicileri IAA, GA3, ABA ve zeatin ürettiğini göstermektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, the levels of endogenous free, bound and total auxin (Indole-3-acetic acid, IAA), gibberellic acid (G$A_{3}$), abscisic acid (ABA) and cytokinin (zeatin) were examined in some species of mosses and lichens. For determination of the levels of these plant growth regulators, spectrophotometry was used. Our findings show that the mosses and lichens used in this study produce the plant growth regulators IAA, G$A_{3}$, ABA and zeatin. | en_US |
