Polianilin türevli iletken polimerlerin dekstran ile kompozitlerinin kimyasal yöntemle sentezi ve karakterizasyonu

Özet
Bu çalışmada polianilin/dekstran (pani/dx), poli(o-anisidin)/dekstran , (pans/dx) ve poli(o-toluidin)/dekstran (ptol/dx) kompozit örnekleri kimyasal oksidatif polimerizasyon yöntemi ile toz seklinde sentezlenmiştir. Sentezlenen kompozit örneklerinin karakterizasyonu çözünürlük testleri, FT-IR, UV-Vis, 1H-NMR ve SEM analizleri ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bunun yanında termal davranışları DSC ile elektrokimyasal kararlılıkları ise dönüşümlü voltametri (CV) ile araştırılmıştır. SEM analiz sonuçlarına göre kompozit örneklerinin yüzey yapılarının polimer örneklerinden oldukça farklı olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca farklı substitüentler içeren anilin türevli monomerler kullanıldığında kompozit örneklerinin yüzey yapılarının da birbirinden oldukça farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Çözünürlük testleri sonucunda kompozit oluşumu ile çözünürlüğün arttığı belirlenmiştir. En iyi çözücüler olarak DMF, DMSO ve NMP olarak belirlenmiştir. DSC sonuçlarına göre ise en iyi termal kararlılığa sahip kompozit örneğinin pans/dx olduğu tespit edilmiştir. CV sonuçları bütün kompozit örneklerinin oldukça yüksek bir elektrokimyasal kararlılığa sahip olduklarını göstermiştir.
In this study, composite samples of polyaniline/dextran (pani/dx), poly(o-anisidine)/dextran), (pans/dx) and poly(o-toluidine)/ dextran (ptol/dx) were synthesized in powder form by chemical oxidative polymerization method. The characterization of the synthesized composite samples was carried out by resolution tests, FT-IR, UV-Vis, 1H-NMR and SEM analyses. In addition, their thermal behavior was investigated with DSC and their electrochemical stability with cyclic voltammetry (CV). According to the SEM analysis results, it was determined that the surface structures of the composite samples were quite different from the polymer samples. In addition, when aniline-derived monomers containing different substituents were used, it was determined that the surface structures of the composite samples were quite different from each other. Because of the solubility tests, it was determined that the solubility increased with the formation of the composite. DMF, DMSO and NMP were determined as the best solvents. Consistent with the DSC results, it was determined that the composite sample with the best thermal stability was pans/dx. The CV results showed that all composite samples had a very high electrochemical stability.
