dc.description.abstractIÖZETDEMİR -ÇELİK SEKTÖRÜNDE EFQM MÜKEMMELLİK MODELİBu çalışmada , Demir Çelik sektöründeki EFQM Mükemmellik Modeli uygulamasınınaraştırması ve uygulaması amaçlanmıştır.Bu amaçla , EFQM Mükemmellik Modelinin araştırma ve uygulamasında öncelikleToplam Kalite Yönetiminin tarihsel gelişimi tanımlanmıştır.EFQM Mükemmellik ModeliKalite ödülleri sınıfına girdiği için Ulusal Kalite Ödülleri incelenmiştir.Bunun içinde Uluslararası Kalite Ödülleri araştırılmış , tanımlanmış , ve bu kalite ödüllerine başvuran kuruluşlarınkazanacakları faydalar belirtilmiştir.Uluslar arası Kalite Ödül sınıfında bulunan EFQM Mükemmellik Modeli içerik veyapısı anlatılarak , bu modele ait kriterler belirlenmiştir. Bu modele ödül için başvuru yapanişletmelerin değerlendirme mantıkları , nasıl değerlendirildikleri belirlenmiştir.Bu kriter tanımlandıktan sonra Demir Çelik Sektöründe Türkiye `de ön planda olan birfirmanın EFQM Mükemmellik modeline başvurusu yukarıda anlatılan kriterler doğrultusundateker teker incelenmiştir.2005, 164 sayfaen_US
dc.description.abstractIIABSTRACTTHE EFQM EXCELLENCE MODEL IN IRON-STEEL SECTORIn this study , it was aimed to research of applications and way of application ofEFQM model in Iron and Steel industry.For this reason, first of all historical development of Total Quality Management inresearch and applications of EFQM Model were determined. Since EFQM model is in classof quality award, all of national quality awards were researched, studied and than it was foundout the profits of a company which was applied to get EFQM model.EFQM model which is in class of International quality award its concept and structurewere determined and all criterions belong to it were identified. Also it was clearified the wayof evaluation of the company which is applied to get this award.After the criterions were cleared , EFQM model application of a company which is aleader in Iron and steel Industry in Turkey was examined and evaluated step by step.2005,164 pagesen_US
