| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı, işletmelerin kurumsallaşma sürecinde faaliyet denetimi açısından benimsemeleri gereken temel ilke ve uygulamaların neler olması gerektiğini ortaya koymaktır. Faaliyet denetimi, işletmelerin hedeflerine ulaşabilmesi için sahip olduğu kaynakları verimli bir şekilde kullanılmasının sağlanmasına ve kurumsal yönetim ilkelerinin doğru bir şekilde uygulanmasına yardımcı olan bir unsurdur. Bu tez çalışmasında Hatay ilinde faaliyet gösteren bir üretim işletmesinin gerçek kurumsal ve mali verileri işletme karnesi uygulaması çerçevesinde incelenmiştir. Çalışmada, kurumsal yönetim ilkeleri kriter olarak alındığında şirket faaliyetlerinin etkinliğinin ve verimliliğinin, gerçekleştirilen performans ölçümlerinden elde edilen verilerin, kurumsallaşma sürecine katkı sağlayacak nitelikte olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to demonstrate what basic principles and practices should be adopted for corporate governance process, from operational audit perspective, in enterprises. Operational audit aids enterprises to fulfill corporate governance principles correctly and to enable business resources to be used efficiently and effectively in order to achieve the objectives of the enterprises. This thesis study including a case study of an enterprise operating in the province Hatay was conducted by evaluating actual corporate and financial data by using Balanced Scorecard approach. As a result of the study, we conclude that when the corporate governance principles are taken as the criteria, the efficiency and efficiency of the company activities and the data obtained from the realized performance measures may contribute to the corporate governance process. | en_US |
