| dc.description.abstract | Konjenital diyafragma hernileri genellikle erken infant döneminde görülmektedir. Erişkinlerde görülen diyafragma hernilerin etyolojisinde genellikle travma yer alır. Kliniğimize başvuran 17 yaşındaki bayan hastada nefes darlığı ve halsizlik şikayeti mevcuttu. Çekilen BT'de ince, kalınbarsak anslarının toraks içinde olduğu ve dalak anterior yerleşimli tespit edildi. Olgumuzda travma öyküsü olmaksızın Bochdalek hernisi olması, ayrıca serbest dalak, duodenum ve çekum, çıkan kolon mobil olup, peritonsuz olması nedeniyle özellikliydi. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Congenital diaphragmatic hernias are usually seen in early infancy period. Upon the diaphragmatic hernias seen in adults usually trauma play an important role in the etiology. 17-year-old female patient admitted with the complaint of dyspnea and fatigue. CT scans revealed that small intestine, colon were displaced through the chest and the spleen was located anterior. This case was interesting as Bochdalek hernia occurred with no history of trauma, and as well warning spleen, duodenum and cecum, ascending colon were mobile and had no peritoneal property. | en_US |
