| dc.description.abstract | Çalışmanın amacı, sürdürülebilir bir demokrasi ve insan hakları eğitiminin önkoşullarını, devlet-eğitim-birey ilişkisi çerçevesinde tartışmakta. Sürdürülebilir bir demokrasi ve insan hakları eğitimi için, iç içe geçmiş üç temel önkoşulun, daha doğrusu "sorun"un aşılması gerekmektedir: Öncelikle devletin "taraf" niteliğinin, genel eğitim politikalarında olduğu gibi demokrasi ve insan hakları eğitiminde de belirleyici bir etkisi vardır. İkinci olarak, demokrasi ve insan haklarını bir yaşam biçimine dönüştürememenin önündeki engelin bilim yöntemine uygun düşünmemekten kaynaklandığıdır. Son olarak "önyargılar" üzerine kurulu bir bilim ve eğitim anlayışı yıkılmadıkça, demokrasi ve insan hakları eğitiminden söz edilemeyeceği gerçeğidir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to discuss prerequisites of a permanent democracy and human rights within the framework of the state-education-individual relation. It may be said that, to carry out a permanent democracy and human right education, it is necessary to eliminate three main mutually exclusive preconditions and/or 'problematics'. Firstly, the 'partial' characteristic of the state has a special influence, not only on general education policies, but also on the democracy and human right education. Secondly, the irrational unscientific thinking is the main barrier in front of establishing democracy and human rights as way of life. And lastly, it is not possible to talk about democracy and human rights education as long as the understanding of science and education, establishing on the 'preconceptions', is not being fall down. | en_US |
