Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, bir aile şirketinde gerçekleştirilen faaliyetlerin etkinliğinin ve verimliliğinin; finansal başarı, müşteri memnuniyeti, süreç geliştirme, öğrenme ve gelişme unsurları açısından performans ölçümünü içeren faaliyet denetimi uygulamalarının, şirketin kurumsallaşma sürecine sağladığı katkıların bir şirket uygulaması çerçevesinde ortaya konulmasıdır. Çalışmada öncelikle çalışma ile ilgili temel kavramlara, daha sonra da bir şirkette gerçekleştirilen faaliyet denetimine ana hatlarıyla yer verilmektedir. Çalışmada, kurumsal yönetim ilkelerinin içeriği dikkate alındığında, işletme faaliyetlerinin etkinliğinin ve verimliliğinin farklı boyutlarda gerçekleştirilen performans ölçümü ile üretilen bilgilerin, şirketin kurumsallaşma sürecine katkı sağlayacak nitelikte olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır
The aim of the present study is to reveal contribution of operational audit to institutionalization of company, by means of efficiency and rate of return in respect to performance metrics while balancing financial objectives with customer, process and employee perspectives by investigating a company case. In this study, firstly basic terms related to the topic are explained. Secondly, an operational audit performed at a company is investigated in a general manner. We drew a conclusion that considering contents of principles of corporate governance, information obtained as a result of operational audit has quality to contribute institutionalization process of the company
