Özet
Bu çalışma 2011-2012 yılları arasında, Altınözü (Hatay) ilçesi genelini kapsayan yaklaşık 44 ayrı istasyondan toplanan numuneler üzerinde yapılmıştır. Örnekler ağaç kabukları, yaprak, çürümüş veya çürümemiş bitkisel materyallerden elde edilmiştir. Toplanan numunelere Nem Odası Tekniği uygulanmış ve miksomiset sporoforları geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca doğal ortamında gelişmiş olan miksomisetlerde toplanmıştır. Elde edilen örneklerden arazi ve laboratuvar çalışmaları sonucu 11 Familyaya ait 23 Cinste toplam 77 takson tespit edilmiştir. Belirlenen taksonlardan 6 tür ve 1 varyete Türkiye için yeni kayıt olup, Türkiye Miksobiyotasına ilave edilmiştir. Bu taksonlar; Perichaena corticalis var. liceoides (Rost.) A. Lister., Hemitrichia pardina (Minakata) Ing, Trichia munda (Lister) Meyl., Physarum albescens Ellis ex T. Macbr., Physarum javanicum Racib., Physarum licheniforme (Schwein.) Lado, Physarum tropicale T. Macbr.'dir.
This study has been made on the specimens which were obtained from the in 44 station areas of Altınözü between the years 2011-2012. The samples were acquired from barks of trees, leaves and the materials of decayed trees. These materials were employed the Moist Chamber Culture and it was tried to develop myxomycetes sporophore. In addıtıon myxomycetes which grew up in its natural environment were obtained. As a result of field and laboratory studies 77 taxa belonging to 11 families and 23 genera were identified, 7 taxa of these taxa have been recorded for the first time for Turkey, and they were added to the Turkish Myxobiota. This new records are; Perichaena corticalis var. liceoides (Rost.) A. Lister., Hemitrichia pardina (Minakata) Ing, Trichia munda (Lister) Meyl., Physarum albescens Ellis ex T.
